Car Thieves Accidentally Save German Shepherd

Sponsor:

It’s not often that we cheer for the villains.

Generally, when we’re watching one of the thirty superhero movies that comes out every year, we’re rooting for the good guys to beat the bad guys.

After all, wouldn’t it be a bit of a downer if we just paid way too much for a movie where the hero doesn’t even prevail?

And don’t even get me started on how expensive the snacks are.

Well, such was the case in today’s story.

Some burglars were attempting to break into a car when they actually did something pretty incredible: they saved a dog’s life.

Apparently, the truck they were breaking into had an additional passenger: an overheated German Shepherd. Interestingly, the thieves likely didn’t even see the dog in the back, as the windows were tinted. Regardless, they are more than likely the reason the dog is still alive.

Overall, this is yet another reminder of how important it is to keep your dog safe when it’s hot out.

We hear time and time again about how often this happens, and yet it’s so preventable.

Dogs won’t always be so lucky as to have burglars around (which feels weird to type) to ensure they don’t overheat.

So let’s do what’s right and always make sure our pups are safe and comfortable no matter what the weather is.
